With appropriate ingredients of raw material, SAC 62.5HW is calcined from major mineral materails such as anhydrous calcium sulfur aluminate/calcium sulfate and small quantity cement clinker components such as calcium silicate/calcium aluminate, other natural mineral mixtures and the right amount of gypsum with grinding together. SAC 62.5HW is a hydraulic cementitious material product with high early strength. It has quick-hardening, high early strength, low alkaline, self-stress and other characteristics.
SAC 62.5HW can be widely used in GRC components, cementitious products and prefabricated components, inorganic artificial stone, decorative plaster, decorative concrete, indoor and outdoor self-leveling compound, waterproof plugging material, grouting material, bridge, road, water and sea engineering.
Main properties:
- Ultra high early strength: 6h compressive strength over 25MPa, 1d compressive strength 50~60MPa and continue to increase along the curing period of time
- High whiteness: above 90.
- Low alkalinity: alkalinity coefficient is less than 10.5, less efflorescence
- Low expansion and low dry shrinkage: excellent dimension stability and free expansion rate over 0.03%
- High freezing resistance: can be used at low temperature condition such as 0~10℃, and early strength is 5~6 times to portland cement; 300 times of freezing and thawing cycles, no significant strength loss;
- High impermeability: dense concrete structure, impermeability of concrete is 2~3 times to Portland cement with same grade.
- Good carbonation performance, high anti-corrosion property
