WCFR 42.5 is white hydraulic binders with crack resistance, fast setting and rapid hardening properties, made from active mixed materials such as fast setting rapid hardening high belite sulphoaluminate cement clinker with low content of ferric oxide, moderate amount of gypsum, slag and other active hybrid materials with fine grinding.
WCFR 42.5 has many unique properties as below.
-Dimensional stability
Its free dry shrinkage is only one-tenth to Portland cement, which brings revolutionary anti-crack performance for its application.
-Fast setting, rapid hardening and high early strength
It can harden in 1h, and Its 6h compressive strength above 12.5MPa.
-Low hydration heat
It is made by high belite CSA cement clinker. The main component C2S-, C4A3S- content is lower than other CSA and without C3A, which makes total hydration heat lower than other CSA cement too.
-High water impermeability
Owes to its micro expansion property, its water impermeability is 5 times to Portland cement from penetration height under the same water pressure.
Excellent anti-corrosion performance in sulfate, chloride, magnesium salt and sea water. Corrosion resistance coefficient>1.
WCFR 42.5 can be widely used in many applications such as GRC, decorative mortar, cementitious self-leveling compound, anti-crack plaster and render, decorative concrete, waterpoofing material and water plug, non-shrink grout and repair mortar etc.
