Epoxy Emulsion for Industrial Coating

WE 6120 is a non-ionic epoxy emulsion with low solvent content and low harmful air pollutants. Two-component ambient curing coating can be prepared with water diluted amine curing agent, mainly used in general industrial anti-corrosion and heavy anti-corrosion and other application fields. It can also be used for stoving paint, or impregnation agent of Glass Fiber or carbon fiber.

Characteristic:

- Surface dry and dry speed is super fast, room temperature self-dry, can be quickly recoated ;

- High gloss, strong rigidity, high hardness ;

- Mechanical stability-grinding, storage stability ;

- Low viscosity, easy to thicken ;

- Excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and salt spray resistance ;

- Type 7 epoxy, secondary hydroxyl content is relatively high ;

- Large molecular epoxy emulsion, fine particle size, narrow distribution, balanced overall performance

Package: 200kg plastic drum or IBC tank.

Storage: stored in a closed container, ventilation and shading; the storage temperature in 10~37.8℃, and shelf life if 6 months.
