Waterborne Epoxy Curing Agent Fast Cure

EH 3016 is non-ionic modified phenolamide epoxy curing agent. It doesn’t contain any solvent or co-solvent and easy to dilute with water. Together with Epoxy dispersion, it can prepare various high performance waterborne epoxy coatings or paints.

Application Recommendation:

1. EH 3016 is recommended to use PM or BCS, and mixed with deionized water for dilution

2. In order to obtain better performance, 10-20% excess of epoxy fraction is recommended

3. The product contains water and cannot be used as the main component of the zinc-rich system

4. Adding with water and a small amount of acetic acid can be appropriately extend the pot life

5. The color of this product is slightly deepened during the storage period, which is a normal phenomenon

Storage:

The product shall be stored in a closed container to avoid direct sunlight and shall be used within 1 year. The recommended normal storage temperature is to be 5 to 30℃.
