Naphthalene Sulfonate Based Superplasticizer

WA 112 is  Powder Form Superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonic acid-formaldehyde (SNF). It is non-poisonous, odorless, non-flammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.

WA 112 provides immediate plasticizing property, gives good water reducing performance for concrete or mortar, as a result, compressive strength, tensile strength, impermeability and modulus of elasticity of hardened concrete and mortar will be improved significantly.

It works well with all kinds of organic binders and compatible to various additives such as deformer, thickener and retarder etc. Recommended dosage is 0.5~2% by weight of cement depending on the applications. The exact dosage should be determined by test in advance according to local raw materials and construction regulation.
