Lab Use Cement Mortar Mixer

Purpose and applicable scope

The Cement mortar mixer of model JJ—20H is manufactured based on the unified drawing of the China Building Material Council. This standard equipment 

is used to implement the international strength test method (ISO679) in China. It may replace JC/T722 as the mixer for GB/T17671 Test Method of Cement 

Mortar Strength. It can also be used as clean paste or mortar mixer for the cement test required by American standard, European standard and Japanese 

standard.

This machine is the essential and necessary equipment of the cement factory, building construction unit, related professional schools and cement lab of the 

scientific research organizations.

Main specifications and technical parameters

1. Rotation speed of the mixing blade

2. The moving track of the mixing blade inside the mixing pan shall comply with ISO679

3. Width of the mixing blade: 135mm

4. Volume of the mixing pan: 5L, wall thickness: 1.5mm

5. The working clearance between mixing blade and mixing pan is 3±1mm

6. The single-phase AC servo motor with power of 750W is adopted.

Main structure

Structure: mainly including touch screen, controller, servo system, automatic lifting device, sand loading case, transmission case, main shaft, eccentric seat,

mixing blade, mixing pan, base, transmission mechanism, seat and protective cover, etc.

Hoisting and Installation

1. This machine is set with hoisting device.

2. Put the main machine on horizontal cement platform with a thick layer of rubber plate (5~8mm) placed under the machine for installation.

3. This machine has been mounted with foot pad before leaving the factory. If the height is not consistent, rotate the nuts of foot pad for proper adjusting.
