Rapid Hardening Grouting Repair Mortar

SCM-ZJ is a polymer modified repair mortar which is made of high quality special cement, inorganic functional materials and various additives. It has the performance like high adhesion strength, quick setting and hardening and high early strength. The product is chloride-free, non-toxic, pollution-free, has no corrosion of reinforcement, and it can be used only added with water on jobsite. It has good bonding properties with concrete, mortar, rock and brick masonry. It can be applied for the repair of damaged structure such as bridge, pool, roof, beam, colume or other structural components or mortar layer.

Recommended Application Area:

1. Use to repair defects, damaged, and uneven areas of concrete or mortar surface

2. Specially suitable for the repair or reinforcement of precast concrete shell, concrete beam & column, bridge deck, and it can be troweled or scraped for the overhead or vertical application.

3.  It is not recommended to be directly applied on old organic waterproofing layer.
