GFT-16 is a kind of alkali free wet chopped glass fiber. It is cut into a specific length from continuous glass fiber protofilament and it contains a certain amount of moisture. It is easily dispersed into water and ensures excellent reinforcement for the products.

 

It is suitable for manufacturing glass fiber paper (high-grade air filter paper) and wet thin felt (waterproof felt, carpet floor felt, copper foil felt). GFT-16 can give good physical properties to felt products. It can also be use in some alkaline free glass fiber reinforcement element such as gypsum based panel or bricks.
