Redispersible Polymer Powder

RDP is mainly used for:
Treat the surface of concrete, aerated concrete, lime sand brick and fly ash brick. When used, add water directly, the powder quickly dissolves in water.

Advantage:
- Solve the problems that the interface is not easy to stick due to the strong or smooth water absorption of these surfaces, the plaster layer is hollow, cracked, and flaking.
- It makes the adhesion stronger, not easy to fall off and water resistance, and has excellent freeze-thaw resistance.
- It has a significant impact on simple operation and convenient construction.

INNOFLEX F313 is redispersible polymer powder based on vinyl acetate and ethylene copolymer. It provides excellent dispersibility and good compatibility to all kinds of inorganic binders. It can improve the workability and better rheology behavior for wet mortar . After mortar hardens, it can greatly improve the adhesion and cohesion strength, abrasion resistance, increase flexibility and reduce the crack tendency of mortar.

INNOFLEX F313 is specially recommended to be used in self-leveling compound, which shows excellent surface appearance and maintains good fluidity for it. It can also be used in other dry mix mortar such as gypsum based compound, skim coat, tile adhesive, plaster and render etc. Recommended dosage is 0.5~3% by total dry mortar weight.
