Lithium Silicate Liquid For Concrete Densifier

Lithium silicate, also known as lithium water glass, is a colorless, odorless, transparent weak alkaline liquid with pH value of 11 ~ 12. The relative density and viscosity of the product vary with the product type, and the relative density is between 1.16 and 1.20 (20 ℃). Liquid lithium silicate can be dissolved in water and alkaline solution, insoluble in alcohol and organic solvents, and free from gel by acid action. It has self-drying property. After evaporation of water in solution, it can form a kind of dry film insoluble in water, which has water irreversible.

The chemical formula of lithium silicate is Li₂O · mSiO₂ · nH₂O, m and n differ by different grades, based on modulus, concentration and other factors etc. Owe to novel production process, XT-L series of product offer versatile grades, excellent transparent and colorless appearance, stable and brilliant quality, and quite low impure ion content.

Technical Properties

Application

Lithium silicate has a wide applications, such as

- Concrete curing agent for industrial floors, electronics, pharmaceutical workshops, large supermarkets, parking lots and other places;

- Inorganic coatings for offshore engineering, oil pipelines, ships, bridges and building materials, especially when used for inorganic zinc rich paint for offshore engineering, effective anti-corrosion can reach up to 20 years. It is also suitable for inorganic architectural coatings (or mineral coatings);

- Surface treatment agent for photovoltaic industry, light preservation of handicrafts, ornaments, radios, plastic films etc.;

- Binder for lighting, asbestos, glass, TV phosphor, wood and automobile clutch etc., and also can work as a high-grade electrode binder.

25L, 200l, 1000L plastic barrel, or according to customers' needs.

Storage

It should be stored in airtight and dry room without direct sunlight, transport and store at 5 ~ 35 ℃.
