Polyether Based Powder Deformer

AX 406 is a kind of silane modified polyether powder defoamer with high de-foaming efficiency for dry mix mortar system.

AX406 is recommended to be used in various applications, such as grouting mortar, self-leveling compound, sealing slurry and other flowing mortars.

AX 406 shows quick and long deforming effect in various mortar applications, compatible with various binders and additives. When adopted in some flowable applications, it can improve fluid effect  and shows excellent surface effect. The recommended dosage of AX 406 is 0.01~1% based on total weight of dry mix mortar depending on applications and determined via test results.
