Concrete Demoulding Agent

DM 51 is an emulsified oil based demoulding agent with environmental friendly. It is non-toxic, non irritating smell, non combustion, no pollution, biodegradable, and has no harmful effect on concrete surface and final concrete performance for long-term. It can be sprayed or brushed on the working face of the mold according to the application procedure, and hardened concrete after demoulded shows perfectly smooth and glossy surface.

DM 51 is suitable for various molds such as steel, wood, PVC, bamboo and aluminum alloy etc. It can greatly extend the service life of the molds. DM 51 can be used to manufacture all kinds of concrete products such as tunnel segment, bridge elements, GRC, large-scale prefabricated component etc.

Application method

- Clean the mould plate for the first time use. If the mould plate is clean, the effect of DM 40 could be influenced

- Dilute DM 41 with water in proportion of 1:3~1:8, exact dilution ratio needs to be determined by test depending on the mould condition and application process

- Diluted DM 41 is applied by brushing, rolling or spraying to the surface of mould plate. Spraying process is highly recommended. The amount of spray or brush is different due to different types of formwork, and the maximum application area is up to 80 m² / kg for diluted solution

- After spray/brush evenly, it shall be dried at ambient within 20 minutes, and the formwork after application should be prevented from being washed by rain

- This product is non-toxic, harmless and environment-friendly. The used template can be directly washed with water
